I have a Hobart 125 and its an amazing little machine. With that said, I drool over a MM252. That is a real MACHINE.
We have at least 10 of them at work and they are burning metal all the time with no issues. We still have a few 251's left and they are pushing 10-12 years old with no issues. i think they converted one over to a spool gun for aluminum.
Its hard to pop $1500 for a welder though! But if you have the money and a 220 circuit, its the way to go.
