if an officer issues a ticket for faulty equipment or any thing that sounds like they pulled out of their ass, then ask to see the regulations in writing worst they can say is no you cannot see them.then go to the courthouse and look in the transportation laws. show up in court, if you want to go that far and prove the officer wrong
