Re: labor day weekend? Naches
WE did the Naches a little damp and foggy on the west side walked into the cabin at Gov`t Meadows ,alittle more of the trail then down the road toward our next stop:Funny/Moon Rocks, the rock area was busy , all types of rigs.Nice weather on the east side a little windy.
Next stop Quartz mtn lookout , took the Tripod Flat trail , then out to Buck meadows ,up the road to Quartz, Great Views, The last trails of the day Menastash to Kaner Flat down to Lilly Pond then caught Roads to the Bottom.
A stop at WhistlinJacks for gas ,air, snacks ,7pm time to go home .
A great day No brake downs,No damage ,Well except for my spare tire traded places with the rr.on the way home.
It ended up with 2 of us going ,Gary and his dad Bob in a grand Cherokee with open diffs and me .
I`m ready to do it again.... :woohoo:
