You have to be careful not to burn it. Use the 3 kernel test to know when the oil is ready, don't use too much heat, and shake the piss out of it while it's popping. Delicious! *homph homph homph*

Also that recipe left out the salt! It's not kettle corn without salt!

oddly enough I just had some for the first time in decades this last weekend... at a 4x4 event none the less.
I just had a taster they were giving away, I didn't think I had ever had it before, but the taste brought back some memories of being a kid...
