I was at Budget Wrench-a-Part in Belton this afternoon. There's an XJ there with what appears to be about 4-5 inches worth of lift. The rear springs are already gone, but the front coils (Rancho), shocks, pro-comp steering stabilizer, an assortment of coil spacers (largest are about 2-2.5 inches), the Rancho upper and lower control arms (missing a bolt or two, no biggie) and drop pitman arm are all still present.
Their prices are pretty decent, so I wouldn't assume these items would cost too much.
