Coolest vehicle by far. 1976 Lancia Beta Scorpion. A Pininfarina design... Almost everything there for it too.

By the way, I grabbed rear disk brakes from a ZJ but forgot to grab the ZJ's prop valve so if anyone is junking out there and wants to throw one in the mail, I'd appreciate it.

was that the ecology off of air express way? all of the pick n pull yards in the desert have a abundance of xj's and zj's...the mj's are more rare. Hesperia's ecology generally prices much higher than what salvage parts should be.

Yep, that's the one. All pictures from 17229 Gas Line Rd. Victorville, CA 92394

You guys mind if I hijack for a second? By all means slam me if I mis-posted this....anyways, I've searched and searched with no results, but has anyone swapped out a 96 and down center console with a 97 up? Man....I hate not having cup holders!!! Just curious if anyone has experience with it or not. I know the e-brake is off to one side on the UP's but not sure if there's other mods too.

if you cannot find it on the net, then its your job to put it there....thats one of the rules of the internet.

with porn.....

but xjs apply too so ya do it!

e-brake lever is offcentered in the newer xj's. you'd have to relocate it, which means minor fab work most likely.

Comanche guys do it all the time.

I mounted my ebrake like the first link with an extra piece of metal bolted to the front instead of welded. As for the cable itself, I was able to wriggle the factory 88 end into the 97+ handle somehow. Only mod i did to the ebrake cable or rod was to put a bend in it.

...on with the junkyard find/request.. lol

BAM!! I must be search-challenged... Thanks!!

Found an 88 wagoneer with a complete D44 front. It had a D44 rear as well, but the shafts were gone already.

Anaheim Pick Your Part on Beach Blvd north of the 22. It was there and complete as of close of business Saturday the 31st.

Be warned if you've never been to Anaheim... that place is an oil slick on asphalt. I've literally never been to a junkyard that looked as much like a toxic waste spill. You try to take a wide stance on something and you slide. The shot under the waggy looks nice by comparison to most of the lot. Be prepared to throw your shoes away after you're done.

white/wood xj waggy with a complete 4 headlight header and i think a pretty straight/complete/clean body in the oceanside ecology. 50% off tomorrow.

As well as a number of Durango boxes.....don't forget your pickle fork if you're gonna snag one. Right Dan?
