Im still not smogged. Possible vacuum and/or exhaust leak. I think I hear the exhaust when I first start, then it goes away a bit once warmed up. When I had the new pre-cat installed by someone I trust he said it sounded like a manifold crack and didn't find any other leaks. Going to take the manifold off this weekend and look... I might have do some extra work around the house as well before asking for a new manifold.
