Spicer for not as much money..... Synergy for a lot of money.
I have spicers and they have treated me well for the two years I've had them, not sure about synergy but I hear good things about them.

I've run Spicers, Moogs, Alloy-USA's and Synergy's. (and a few $7 parts house brands in a pinch)
The Synergy's were the only one who worked any better than the others on our rigs.
