Jet Chip?

Is it worth putting a jet chip on a stock 2.5L? What are some pros and cons? I heard it can screw up your computer. Is this true?

is it just because it is a 2.5 or are they a waste on the 4.0 to ??

I've got one on my 4.0L, didn't really notice much of a difference. Even swapped it for a hypertech controller for a little while, which disappointed me as well. For the $/HP ratio, there are better mods to be made.
