What is needed to mount the light bar? Is the $80 for just the bar or the lights as well? Very interested. Will you be at SoCalFest or able to get it to someone who will be?

reading the OP sounds like lights are included and that there are 2 more than will go with it.
IIRC, he said he will be in Vegas during the time of SCF.

Sorry for not being around, had a race to deal with.
The steering and mounts are sold.
The light bar was mounted to our cage right where the wind shield should be, so some modification would be needed to mount it to a Jeep with a wind shield.
The lights are included (4).

What kind of mods? Would a couple tabs to the windshield pillars work? I have very little fab skill, but my brother can weld a couple tabs up real quick if that's all it'll take. I am very interested. If you'll be at SoCal Fest or can get it to someone who will be, I'll paypal you the cash now.

Possibly tabs may work, but the rear center would need a mount point as well. I will take some close up pictures tomorrow and post them up.
