Im trying to sell my 2000 Jeep Cherokee with a 10.5" lift. Its a very nice jeep and a lot of money invested. Ive been trying to sell it the last two months and haven't had much luck.?.

My question is do any of you Cherokee guys have any advice of where to post the Jeep where i might have better luck selling it??

Im asking more than the Jeep bluebooks for, but i have a lot of money tied up in the suspension and drivetrain.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks
Josh

why would anyone want an XJ with 10.5" of lift?

you can go over some really tall parking dividers and maybe even a bit of landscaping with that much lift

Yea, I doubt you'd have much luck unless you find someone who knows something about lifted Jeeps. My best friend had a 91 Jeep Cherokee with a 6.5 in lift, and the dealership wouldn't give him more than $400 for it (back in 2000), so he sold me the lift for $1,500. So, we traded my springs over to his Jeep, and he traded his Jeep for $4,000.

If you can find someone with another Cherokee that wants your lift it may be easier.

There's the link to his jeep with the specs and pictures of it. He's had it listed on the raliegh, nc craigslist for $6000.
37's on 15x10 wheels with stock 3.55 gears I bet the mpg are absolutely wonderful!!!
:dunno: throw it in 4lo and pull the front DS, it'd be like putting 14 inch tires on a stock XJ somehow :D

EDIT: I could swear that's a d35 and a d30 under there... on 37s?

to the OP: i usually just list on craigslist because it is free (i see you already have). i also used autotrader for my first rig, and i only got ONE response from someone who saw it on autotrader, but they happened to be the one who actually bought it. everyone from craigslist bailed or were tirekickers

put it up on pirate :flame:
