JEEP just empty every pocket

Control arm bushing?

Davidson my fix was the steering arm needed a new TRE on the pitman arm..

But AFAIK... I have 250k on my 89 on virtually everything except track bar, the tre I just mentioned, lCA's both front and rear u joints on my rear drive line and rear brakes... I just picked up a Dana 44 off an 87 xj a few weeks ago and she's getting a 100% new brake setup, pricy but worth it :-)

I look at my JEEP as Just Enough Essential Parts :-)

I have all new S.O.R. one ton steering

Hmm... Idk when mine had it I started with front shocks( they were blown out so they bounced after potholes), added a new steering stabilizer which helped a tiny bit then I went to my track bar, I went with an IRO double sheer, I had to drill out my axle side hole to fit the new bolt, while I was down I swapped the steering tre... Long story short it disappeared... I'm thinkin maybe your axle side mount isn't a snug fit and it's causing the dw. But good luck in fixing it!

with all the new parts hes thrown at it... things better be tight. assuming he did recheck it all after 50 miles or so. :anon:

i think adding an inverted T setup trying to fix a problem was a bad choice though. the setup is known for having a dead spot that you wont be able to cure.

Was it some kind of special bushing? Did you contact RC to see if there was anywhere else to get them? Kind of sucks to have 'disposable' control arms.

get ahold of GRIMUS99XJ, he's an RC rep and a hell of a good guy. If anything can be done he can get it done.

go to his profile to get his phone number.

not sayin he can do it, but the worst he can say is no.

have you heard back from Jason?

Nope haven't heard anything from him and found out i have bad wheels? So unless I can find some wheel to get me to wf I dont see myself going. Which sucks because I've already registered for 2 for wf. I have 5 wheels waiting at wf but unless I can find a way there or some others I don't see how the jeep will make it.
