JCR Winch bumper with Pre-runner hoops FOR SALE

I will have a JCR Winch bumper with Pre-runner style bars for sale in a couple of weeks. Frame reinforcement plates and all hardware included. I might even have the instructions somewhere. coated in 3M undercoating.

This requires the front of the front fenders to be cut level with turn signals for 84-96.
