I'm gonna either cut open the hole above the nut strips to slide it in with the gusset in place, or trim the gusset down. Probably just open the hole up.

Then I'll sand it real quick and spray with desert tan to match the Jeep, it oughtta come out looking and working pretty good. The build and style even got my wife's seal of approval, and she's picky!

Right on man, same here!!!!!!!! (on the approval) after looking at i my jeep i realized the holes were honed out on mine to make it fit. The JCR is installed and working great.
