If it were a speed record vehicle, or pretending to be one, I could see that, but stock height or mild lift with those tires though.......

Just not sure if I want to know why.......

My guess is that his garage door broke and would only open part way and he couldn't figure out how to fix it, so he modified the Jeep instead.
