Its good to be back on-line!

For 3 weeks I've been fighting computer issues. My 6 year old Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop slowed to a crawl, the monitor was already dead and the mouse pad no longer worked but I was atleast able to use it as a desktop with a mouse/monitor hooked up. So I fired up the 12 year old Dell desktop and it just couldn't handle the load, not enough memory in that antiquated machine.

I picked up a new Dell Inspiron and dang this thing is smokin' fast! I should have upgraded a long time ago:twak:


Time to crack the knuckles and start posting again!

No kiddin! Its time for a router upgrade as well, my laptop is "N" and my router is "G". I could be moving along even faster with a more modern router.

I have always had a Linksys, is the Netgear better or worse?

I've used them both and never had a problem out of either.

I've been gone for 3 weeks too, only mine was because I made an additional account to prove a point of how easy it is; there was a guy with 8 posts saying "Yeah ill head up a group buy, send me your monies"

Evidently the God's dont like that.
