Mass overtime right now for those boys.

Its going crazy out here. Trees and powerlines down all over. My power has been in and out several times today. Wind is bout to blow my doors open.

Anybody else getting hit hard?

Just finished stacking bricks on the hot tub cover. That thing makes a hell of a noise when in goes airborn and smacks the side of the house! powers been flickering on and off all evening, but nothing too bad.

My power went out last night and it still hasn't been fixed. Unfortunately, work has power, so here I am.

My neighborhood this morning:

I was working from 5pm-7am chasing downed tree/wire calls. People FREAK when this kind of weather hits. We were waiting for PGE to come shut off a live wire on someone's lawn, and I was informed there would be no ETA. When I made the mistake of asking why, I was told because PGE had over 7900 calls PENDING and 2100 calls CONFIRMED. Talk about some overtime!

And it never ceases to amaze me how many people don't know how to react to an intersection with no lights on. 90% just blow right on through. Creepy!

No damage to report. Just got power back after 24.5hrs without. :)

No big deal to me, just a little colder. Hopefully work has power...running that place without it would be total pwnage.

Meow. :D (inside joke of the night, kinda)

Good to hear they finally got stuff back in order.

I have 4 new freezers in my garage where my Cherokee usually sits. All donated full of food from friends and family. I don't I can loose power in this house as I'm on the same grid as the firestation next door. If you guys want to see something crazy come down to Sumner right next to the Jr High. There's a 9ft tall (on it's side) tree laying across the road while splitting a house in two.

Post the pics.

Just got our power back on, but most of the tow is still down. We got lucky.

I had to leave work early yesterday due to a call from Danielle telling me there was a hole in the roof.

Power just came back on here; total outage lasted about 60 hours! Needless to say I am very happy that my Furnace is working again. Oh, and my neighborhood looks completely normal, if it wasn’t for the lack of lights coming from the houses for the last few days you wouldn’t even be able to tell something was wrong.

Still no power at my place been off since thursday night,P.S.E. said it might be until the end of this next week before our area has it.I knew there was a reason i shouldn't live right next to dash point st. park.DOH
