Iron Chest status?

Anyone know the current status of the Iron Chest trail? I'm guessing too much snow still on it to be run? What about the rocks? I thought I remembered reading about how some of the rocks were cleared out on the bottom part of the trail. Any info would be appreciated.

I would defiantely say there is still snow up there. As for the rocks they were cleaned out last year due to work up at the mine. From what I have heard the rocks have been put back and has been said that the road is harder then it was before. I have never been up there but that is what I read on Colorado4x4.org last year.
