She's an aspiring Mortician.
The model is a project for a facial reconstruction class. She started with a bare skull and made that out of wax by hand.
It looks like her sister.

I agree entirely. She's been doing clinicals at a Funeral Home in Greenville. She does her 10th and final case tomorrow. Everything from the body bag to the Casket.
