In need of some welding and gearing work done

In about a month I'm hoping to start to finish my bud's xj so we can wheel by the end of the summer. There are 2 things outside of my ability and I was hoping to employee a UJ/Naxja member before going to a shop with it. We have an HP 30 and an MJ 44 which both need to be regeared to 4:56s and have lockers installed (bought kits for both, all brand new, spartan lunchbox lockers and US standard gears/rebuild kits), dana 44 needs TNT u bolt eliminators welded on, 30 needs to have the upper control arm mount modified. Also need to have ruff stuff frame stiffeners welded on along with the rock krawler 3 link installed at the same time since these stiffeners require the factory lower mounts to be removed. The axles are not in the jeep so the gears and lockers can be done with out time pressing but once the lower control arm mounts get cut off it will be immovable till done. I have to finish my 5 speed swap before we start this and we have to save up some funds but if interested send me a pm or txt if you have my # and let me know what you would charge. Just want some good safe welding. If you need some car electronic work done (subs/amp/remote start/alarm etc) let me know and I can help you out with that too.

Wish I knew about 8 months ago before we bought the parts lol But he wants new since he has all the parts. I am in Spencer MA just outside Worcester and about 20 mins away from 84 down to CT.
