So do yall have a party/trip you do around college spring break? I am going to Michigan for spring break. I think I could handle a little midwest wheeling.

Todays progress.
After cutting and grinding, I re-enforced the forward leaf hanger and got one tube added.
Sloooow going.

Yeah, originally.
I've added more tube than that cage came with.
What's that say?
The D&C unit is a good cage, as long as you have a full body.

I have essentially offroads jeep speed cage, shipping was free for me since they messed up my order.....so I think it was a pretty good deal.

We ordered the D & C cage in June.
Lar could not buy the steel for the price they sold the pre-bent cage for.
D & C is S L O W!
We called them back in August,
"OH yea, I was just going to call you..."
Well it is now the middle of September and I still don't have a cage.
OBTW, our credit card was charged right away!

D&C is verrry slow.
When I ordered mine back in '04 it took 3 months to get it all.
First they delayed shipping it.
Then, when they finally did ship it, it arrived on one torn up pallet with half of the cage missing.:banghead:
Finally after all of it got to me, I go to weld it in and it ended up being a cage for half full interior and half no interior, so I had to adapt and overcome, but it eventually it all ended up in the XJ before the FF.
Shipping ended up being free.
I think it was $375 in the end and I guess I got what I paid for.:confused1

Now, after adding lots of tubing to it, I would say it's a great starter cage, for the money, but if I bought another from them, I would probably take a road trip and just go pick it up.
