Spent the day at a machine tool supplier, a GM assembly plant and the coolest stop...

A precision machine shop that I've worked with in the past also happens to do the machind work for all Mopar NASCAR engine blocks. The blocks come out of the machines and are labeled which team they go to after they are inspected. I saw the Evernham blocks in process. No pictures allowed.

To tell the truth, I was suspicious at first. You usally use "" when you are being sarcastic, and there were no "" in those posts. So, that is what sold me. Hook, line and sinker ya got me.

Prices for Goods and Services are based upon supply and demand and what the consumer is willing to pay. Sure there is a "conspiracy" ... each person/business has their own agenda for making as much money as possible. Most of it is purely legal ...

undercarrage lights - buy and install

Strap a 55 gallon drum of Diesel to my hood
recieve my front spare shafts
change driveshaft u-joint? have DS ballanced?

spare tire on a rim that holds air?
