Ya know the hardest thing about being a Cubs fan?

Telling your family you're gay.

I leave for Colorado at o-dark-hundred Wednesday for a few days of rest, relaxation and recreation... sans Jeep unfortunately.

Is it possible to get rest and relaxation without leaving the jeep home?

I have been getting plenty of rest and relaxation latley.
My Jeep sure looks nice sitting next to my garage!
It is cheaper just to leave it there!
Any one want to buy a non-esential part, like the motor, transmission, drive shafts, etc.
The tires and axles look cool, so they have to stay!

I spent most of the day making Rigwerks motor mounts....

I like the design - but taking the bushings from 1.990" to 1.585" sucks...

any pics of those? I'm probably going to be doing those sometimes soon, Poly bushings or just encapsulated rubber? Not sure if I'd want poly, that's a bit rough for a DD.

Nice rubber...
Im planning on running them once they become for sale and a price has been determined.

The mounts are a 2 piece rubber bushing with a metal sleeve with like a 20/1000" interferance fit (TIGHT) press fit, and inbetween the two piece rubber is a welded ring .104" thick to prevent the rubber from sliding fore and aft in the mount.

Ill take a few snapshots tomorrow, then talk to the press department at work and see if i cant get a release to distribute the said photos... :D

That sounds awfully expensive. :D

perhaps, it depends what the press department drinks :)
so who else is beta testing these things?
I was going to order some MORE bulletproof ones, but I'd rather support you guys. That and I'd like rubber better than poly.
