Speaking of taste tests, and healthy foods:
Went to the Piggly Wiggly last night. They had everything there: head cheese, pig tails, chicken necks & backs, cracklins, tounge, and pork fries to name a few. Ever seen a real pig testicle up close? It made me jealous.

Woohoo! Village approved my plans for another 2.5 car garage. It'll be nice to be able to get my work truck out of the weather, and be able to work on the heep without having to leave Cindy and Jennifer's vehicles out in the snow.
Now I just need to clone myself so I can build this, finish the sunroom, and work on some paying jobs - oh yeah, and get the heep ready for Moab...
