Indiana caps property taxes at 1% of the homes assessed value...most around me are less than 1%...

Sam I'd prolly steer clear of both rust buckets like durbin hinted at...

I think I fixed the microwave outlet in my RV...found a not so good connection...

Need to get my house batteries swapped before this Rouch World trip.

New to us "Double Trouble" 5.9 needs motor mounts...pass side looks like not fun.

Ozark mountains or Lake of the Ozarks? My lake house sits at the edge of Mark Twain National Forest on Table Rock Lake, I like to wake up there. We used to go to Lake of the Ozarks a lot, we quiy bc its just too busy and its not the scene we want the kids around. Taxes on the lake house....<$500/yr.
 
The white yj I had him send me pics of the frame and floors and they all seem rather good. They green cj, the guys out of town and said he can get me those pics Monday.
Rusted floors and frames are really the only thing I worried about. I'm not to worried about taking on a project. Mind you, no dollars coming out of my pocket. Straight trade for a bike that's just sitting in the driveway and no ones buying.

I guess I e never sat in the driver seat of an yj or cj either and would like to pick which one I'm more comfortable in.
 
The frame on that YJ I had was really bad by the steering box, rest of it was not terrible.

I have ironman's engine and transmission on mine and I like them a lot.
 
The YJ looks to be running and driving condition anyway. That CJ I'm gathering from the picture will be rotted out worse. Frame on the rear riser will be bad. Floors gone. Just not as good all round as the YJ but that's what you get with 20 year newer models.

My CJ 5 was stored inside for 20+ years and the frame still had weak spots on it. I'd have traded it for fuel injection on the YJ alone any day of the week.

I read about those and saw you had them on that dying zj forum, I mean speedfreeks. :/

Just stock ones... for now...it's her daily.

Well I already bought them last week before I realized he had upgrades.

I got them swapped, wasn't fun, but went smoothly.

Found it needs a harmonic balancer and the water pump is dribbling...

Put a chamberlain opener with wifi and battery back up on last year. Phone is nice, used battery back up a few times already.
 
Saw it on the facebooks, looks nice!
