Well...started the garage led project. Between both garages there's 140 bulbs and about 65 fixtures. I bought these bulbs:

I cut the ballasts out and wired for LEDs.

Six ballasts later, we have 6 fixtures with LEDs.

The light output is amazing.

I'm budgeting $112/month for this project til it's complete. 6 lights, 12 bulbs at a time, takes me about an hour or so to wire them depending on kids, foot, dog traffic.
