Man ive been off here for a while. My weekend consisted of finding out i had a suspended license from 8-9 to 11-9, driving classes, and first visit to a church in my adult life outside of weddings. Shouldve gotten off my ass and swapped that transfer case i got off Mac a month ago

The anchor used to be the 3rd sports person at my station in town. He got passed up for the 2nd sports person position and was offered a sports position at the other station in town. Now he has moved up to weekend anchor. I am glad he is doing good. My work was dumb to let him go. His daughter (who is at one or less then one year old) fought cancer and is winning.

So when the RV spit the serp belt out and I got towed to the dealer, the dealer found that the ac belt was gone. It quit working on the way to camp with SeanR in WI in Aug, so I'm guessing that's when it went. They also told me that my cooling fan was cracked and needed replaced. They wanted $317 for one, but it wasn't in stock, only in TN or somewhere. I just ordered one online for $121 plus shipping out of a fan place in MI.
Gonna try to split the labor on installing the fan when they put the a/c belt back on.

they told me they hire the smallest mechanics that they can find just to work on pushers so they can get down in there and do the work.
I forgot to mention, they forgot to put the a/c belt on. Let me see what kind of a deal I can negotiate with them, they owe me putting the a/c belt on...you have to either take the fan off or route it in a messy way around the fan to get it on.

im not looking for a jeep hauler per say, just wouldn't mind having something that could do it if i needed it done.
4 door, 4x4 trucks are so stupid expensive and i dont even really 'need' a truck. just want one. which makes the avalanche seem like a good idea.
