Harbor freight dial indicator and calipers are good enough for measuring when doing gears.

So Rew is my official replacement. nice not having to train fresh blood, but i can still see the look of fear and stress in his eyes.

I informed him its 3 times the workload, 10 times the stress all for the same pay.
 
I have set up bearings for the 8.8 if you need them.

Ho, I do need set up bearings for the pinion since I'll be doing a crush sleeve eliminator. The shims for the carrier go on the outside of the bearings on the 8.8" I think??? So I shouldn't need those.
Can't I just dermal down my current pinion bearings after I press them off and use them for set up bearings?

You can dremel I guess but that would suck. I have a flat rate box I can just send ones to you that are already done.

Well the kid finally got back to me about the silver limited. Said the ad was wrong and that he actually wanted $1500 and not $1000 like it said on Craigslist...I told him I had $1000 and wasn't stupid enough to pay $1500 for a jeep that needs a head. After about 20 minutes he changed his mind....I'm also considering the possibility of trading the wj for it. The wj owes me nothing at this point
