Important

I have many trouble lights.

2 ccfl edison base bulbs in the garage brings the suck. no place to hang proper fixtures cause the garage door goes there.

i started attaching cheap fluorescents to the back hinges of the roll up door...as the door goes up, it slowly gets into position and as the door comes back down, it rests on the door and comes down easy enough not to break anything. so far it works great...if i break one, oh well. currently i've just been plugging them in once the door is up.

Just scored 5 1.8L Hyundai motors for free to use as training aids in my auto mechanics class, next week I'll be taking a day to drive to Sheboygan WI to pick em up!

Also won another grant for my FIRST Robotics team which is freaking awesome!

I am not doing anything to the garage here at the house, between the heater, water heater, water softener and extra garage, we just have enough room for two cars. Down the road we will be swapping homes with my wifes parents. They have three acres of land, a detached two car garage, attached two car garage, a shed (as my wife calls it but it is more of a metal barn to me) that is probably 50 long and 30 deep, a garden shed, a green house, a fenced in garden. I want to build a tall garage with loft area for storage (possibly with a green house to replace the current one to replace the detached one) that is tall enough for a vehicle lift (heated/cooled, bathroom, maybe a storm shelter). I know that will cost quite a bit, but we should have no house payment when we get out there so we can save up 3-4 years to build something. It would also have a garage door facing one of the barn (shed) garage door to put stuff in there also. Originally I thought about taking the barn (shed) down and putting up a much bigger garage, but this will be cheaper. I also want to put a gas fireplace in the house out there also, after having one, will want one out there.

The truck got some new lighting a couple days ago.

I'm in the same boat as you. One of these days i will have a garage.

If you need help with the tcase and can get it to my house, we can do it here.

EDIT: I could come get it with the EX and trailer too.

Thanks for the offer the Matt. Actually gonna pull it across street to parents house and put it in garage tonight. Gonna pull old one out and see what went wrong with it. Hopefully going to pick one up tomorrow to replace it.

Actually have tomorrow off so will give me whole day you do it. Actually getting pretty good at doing them now. Don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing.

i dont have a shop....screw all of you

I feel your pain man, I do.

longbed MJ requires you to back it out and flip it to work on either side.

Pull it in and you can't open the hood.
back it in and you can't jack up the rear.

stupid ass staircase.

I'm pretty good at ZJ fuel pumps too.

last time I stabbed that AX-15 took me ten minutes.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to be happy that I was so proficient, or sad that I had given myself that much practice.

It's very good that you are trained to anticipate. But talking about "not coming out " "that way" then showing a picture of your hiney sends mixed signals.
it is not a sheep butt so I figured I would be safe :wow:

i'm leaving thursday after work....not that i'm really that close to you anymore

I might be down to split fuel costs if you would be, I could meet you either in NYC or wherever your place upstate is, I forget. I'm not bringing a jeep, it's either the Subaru (don't worry, it gets worked, probably harder than Flexy's, it's had a Chevy NV4500 and a 1 ton transfer case riding in the trunk for like the last 3k miles!) or flying out.

Don't think the magnet is suppose to have that much metal on it. Still haven't figured out what went wrong in t-case
