Yea I swapped in the 242 t-case. Wondering if the drive shaft I pulled from junk yard isn't balanced right.

Just picked this up for $1100. Runs great, needs misc small stuff, rockers and floors starting to go, but the roof is good. Nice clean interior.
The 94's roof is now leaking into the overhead console, on the way to work this morning every right turn resulted in water pouring onto my leg.

Maybe going to look at another 96 tomorrow, low miles, supposedly rust free, bad engine.

did you put new ujoints in when you replaced it? my money is on bad ujoint if not
Both u-joints seemed and looked really good in drive shaft. I'm thinking it still might be bad joints. Will find out tomorrow morning.
 
Yea that's gonna be loud. Our stuff should be here tomorrow. Doing our exhaust this weekend. You just welding in new o2 sensor bungs?

Cut up a spark plug non-fouler and welded it in.

It's loud in the garage...I'll tell her Durbin lasted a week...she'll go at least a week and a day...

Ben if you figure out how to change the upstream o2...let me know...I couldn't get an o2 wrench on it...

The caliper I bought is wrong to for the pass rear...pads don't fit...
