Important

Cool, I don't even remember who it was. I hoped doing one give away would help the chapter win the winch.

Wasn't trying to start something, just couldn't remember who got it.

Dylan, I know the situation, and I also know it was a clusterfuk for MEMBERSHIP. I also know that MEMBERSHIP was at my house a week ago and we were talking about it. I don't recommend paying for other people's membership unless the person paying has the member number, screen name, address and real name of the person they are paying for.

There are only three people in this room that have any idea how much work is involved with MEMBERSHIP. I can tell you it's more than anyone can imagine.

If there are issues, you need to address those backchannel with the people you know are in charge. If there was an oversight, let us know. Believe it or not, we have a lot going on within the club, not to mention our personal lives.

I'm lost. lol

Anyways... I broke a tranny cooler line and I think I'm going to build -6an lines. If I can so it without spending a crap load on an fittings. I love the way braided lines look even though most won't see my cooler lines. Plus I won't have to worry about these crap factory lines and fittings anymore.

Will we see them if the rig is on its side?

I could make some with Weatherhead hose and -6 jic (pretty much same as AN) fittings...

Are they cheaper than AN and braided? I was just going to buy the fittings and hose and make my own lines

How did you plan on making your own? Our hose ends are clamped on in a collet/press at 4000psi (hydraulic line pressure, not sure how much pressing force).

Should be cheaper, I can look it up at some point if you know how much line you need and what fittings.

AN and JIC are both 37* flare, they're the same thing.
AN is just more expensive since it has to meet a higher (military) standard and I think they're aluminum, jic is steel.

We use 2 wire Eaton Weatherhead hose.

If you don't want/need full blown hydraulic hose we could find you some one wire or even just regular return line hose. I think the return lines are rated at 300 psi.
