mj guys...how would 30" tires fit on an mj with stock rear leaves and Grand Cherokee coils up front? supposedly my mj has 3.73's on a manual tranny, so this would be about the right tire gear wise. i know they sit a little higher in the rear, but i don't want to destroy my front fenders. this thing will mostly be a driver, but as with any vehicle i own...its going to get used for hunting and fishing a lot too
Great.
Up to about a 32 will fit with stock bumpstopping I would say.
I have 33s on mine and they eventually ate like 3/4" to 1" off the lowest 6" of the rear ends of the fender flares. Stock bumpstops (hell, it ate most of that off when it had NO bumpstops, it might not have taken so much if I had installed new ones with the lift instead of leaving them broken off.) 4.5" of lift in the back, but believe me, it's hit the bumps at full speed many times and has worn off all the fender flare it is ever going to.
Front, tire fitment is just like XJs.
