Important

Hey guys, I bought a Logans front bumper, I didn't order a hardware kit because I figured I'd could get the bolts from one of you guys for free. Well they sent me bolts anyway, I'm not sure which holes they go in. I sent the a letter via USPS and a email and haven't heard back. I got a buddy of mine to paint it for me because I wasn't sure how to use a spray paint can. Can you guys tell me if bolts from my local tractor supply will work? Please tell me atleast 32 times because if you don't I will just ask again. Also let's make sure this takes up atleast 3 pages of the important thread.

Thanks in advance.

Oh I also bought a hitch mounted rack, I was curious if anyone could help me put that on the jeep in Harlan? I won't be there until friday mid morning though and leaving right after the dinnner.

Tractor supply only sells grade 8 bolts. you need grade 5 so they bend instead of brake. and make sure that the bumper ties into your sway bar.

You can call Nates4x4 they have great customer service...

seriously dont do it they suck.

those are great if you want to hold the potluck outside on your front porch instead of in someone's bus/trailer

Seriously, I have never seen such an approach angle destroying bumper in my life. Except last time I saw a nates4x4 bumper, that is.

Pic sucks, but ranger is back at my buddies for him to do final work on driveshafts, steering, and brakes.

Haspin was my first trip with a trailer, in early '09. I made it 5 miles from home, then spun two rod bearings in the Tahoe.

Honestly I've been afraid of what will happen if I attempt the trip again.

Nates is in my town. I contacted him to donate to winterfest, he was excited on the first call but never took any follow up calls.

Not a great loss.

Hey dan!!

Do you think if I called Nates he would know which holes to put my bolts through on my logans bumper? Or maybe I could just bring it to your house and you could put it on for me? Make sure you have beer because I'll be thirsty!

my campground rate for installing trailer hitches is $120/hr for future reference

My front bumper is a Nates. it has held up pretty good over the years. i use the tried and true drive by braille system.im gonna be modifying it this summer more than likely.

that said. it took like 4 months to get it after i paid for it, with no contact from the company it just showed up one day. no return calls or e-mails. so its probably a good thing they didn't donate anything, because if it was missing any parts there is no way the winner would ever see it.
