Important

after 2.5 years I have been reunited with my Montana rock, the killer of combine feeder slats.

Do all rear bumper tie ins work with all bumpers or are they specific? I was able to stay in contact with Ares for a day. Since then (about a month ago), I sent two emails with no replies. Besides painting (friend is doing it for free), that is the only thing from having the rear bumper put on.

You will probably be better off with having somebody fab you up a set of brackets. I don't see ares being a company that's gonna be around for a long time with that kind of customer support.

No attempts at calling them? I have to deal with people/customers all the time and it is VERY easy to forget an email.

I would call.

If the bumper was manufactured to mount to the factory mount points and the factory tie in points, then any manufacturer's brackets that were designed to do the same thing will work.

That is, however, an IF statement. Before I spent money on another manufacturer's brackets, I would confirm with the bumper manufacturer that it will work. I've never installed a bumper from Ares, so it could have some special way of mounting. I doubt it, but if you're in the middle of installing a bumper and the brackets you bought won't work because you didn't call them, it's going to ruin your day. Especially because I'm assuming you're going to be wasting the person's time that you asked to help do it for you.

Have you tried to call them? Posted on their Facebook page? Sometimes emails get sent to spam folders or get lost. Have you just tried to order them from their website? You know you need them, why do you need to talk to them about it?

You can call Nates4x4 they have great customer service...

Show us what you're working with TH. i just looked their web site and they dont show any unmounted pics. are you referring to the nut strips or other brackets?
