Important

On 41 or in town? Nope.

Yep. In fact I PMed Brennen last night about a 20" bar for my company car :D

Mostly be country roads where deer are going to be an issue.

Hail and thunder.
More progress.

I want to see them, while my current lights on my XJ are brighter then stock, they still suck on low beams. I do drive defensively and keep an eye out, especially on country roads. The few I noticed last night I was able to see far ahead and slowed way down. I know I won't avoid the kamikaze deer who just bolt.

The quickest way to get a deer to stop, stare at you and destroy the front of your car is to shine a bright light at it.

You don't listen anyway, so do what you want. Stop asking all of us.

Alaska doesn't see it that way. All of their troopers have Lightforce lights on their vehicles to spot moose at a distance.

I agree with you to a point, but if I can see a deer 100' sooner with aux lighting vs headlights only I will have more reaction time, especially if I am running hot to a call down a dark county road.

I will be adding aux lights to Kim's XJ soon for the same reason, deer are thick out where we live now.

All the pictures of lights i keep seeing are making me want some...

is there any that are useable on the street? i don't want to be a dick and have a double row 51" led bar on in the mirror of the guy in front of me. but i cant see shit at night with the stock lights.

My 3" Squatch series properly aimed is about all I would run on the street. A pair of those alone is brighter than most head lights.

I've been running the 19 inchers I picked up at Winterfest on the front of my Hoe for about three weeks now. They are tied into the brights. I'm still on the fence. They have a great pattern for non high speed off road stuff, but I'm almost not liking them for OTR lights. They are to bright right in front of the truck, and not enough out at a distance.

The 19" combo pattern is really more of a flood than spot pattern. It's 2 flood patterns and 1 spot pattern. I'm really thinking about stocking some all spot. While they're great for trail riding they don't throw the distance like a spot pattern.

I actually just recommended Illiana a 21" dual row combo over a 19" combo because of the the pattern. The dual row uses 2 flood reflectors and 2 spot reflectors.

Shoot me a message scoob and I'll work with you to exchange for some spot pattern if you would like to try them instead.

What's the price on the 21" dual row? (they're not on the web sight) If I just bought one outright (no exchange).

Hah just sold my last one in stock a few minutes ago! I'll have more in in about a week. I can't figure out how to keep the item on the page when its sold out.

They're $184.50 with the naxja discount

Ok. How would you compare them with the 37" Yeti?

The 37" would be substantially brighter than the 21". And would throw farther than the 21" because there is more spot reflectors but you still have your flood reflectors on the side for lighting up the side of the road. $256.50 with the discount.

Another thing to consider is the 37" is basically 2 19" bars stuck together. We could put different reflectors in your 19"s and get the same result.

Gave up on looking for wj seats, just ordered some racing buckets from eBay. Time to get a cage in this biotch.
