Jeeps been starting okay at -8 degrees but I'm curious to see if any heat soaks to the battery for future cold spells.

In Detroit, I blew a hydraulic hose on my lift gate, with it in the down position. I was able to get it approx 5" off the ground so I can move out of the drive thru.
Called road service, the recording said "your wait time is greater than 2 hours". THIS IS JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE!
Called my dispatcher, he called the local penskie that only services our trucks, he claims there is nothing that can be done.
Here's the problem, nothing is not an option. I need to go home tonight.
My dispatcher said he will get a case of beer and come get me and we will leave the truck and trailer and go road drinking. (obviously not serious).
The weather, and the decision to close yesterday, has created a lot of problems. So now I sit here waiting for Mac to go to work so I have someone to talk to.

I had that happen to me a few years back at our AZ. I was either really proud or a little embarrassed.
RockAuto has cut into that for a lot of the high dollar stuff though.

They could find someone to put some hydraulic fluid in it enough to get it up. It's a 2 hour wait to talk to someone to call someone.

Amazon has cut into my AZ spending some too so it surprised me.
I'm religious with that card tho. I try to only spend 20/ at a time and have been know to make more than one purchase at a time (used to of that with oil for the diesels).
On top of that they give me 10% off because of my job.
