Important

then you don't have to wait for your heater to warm up to feel nice and toasty :)

^exactly

for $30, why not? I only have a 5 minute (maybe 10) drive to work so the engine never gets up to normal operating temperature either.

I think I pulled the block heater off of the 97. The freeze plug with the port is still in there. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to try and track down that cord. It's supposed to get down to teens for the high next week.

With my exhaust still being shitty, it runs like complete crap when its cold. Need moar back pressure.

In other news; the construction crew has demoed the garage. Nothing but a 30x30 slab of concrete now. It's really weird to go out the side door and see the neighbor's house. They'll be here Monday to get sticks up. Should be in the rough before week's end.

I know the topics of this thread change rapidly, but I didn't want to start another thread just to get some other opinions on this.

http://www.upworthy.com/every-war-on-drugs-myth-thoroughly-destroyed-by-a-retired-police-captain

A retired police captain wants to legalize all drugs. It's a very tough concept to wrap your head around before hearing him out. He makes compelling arguments based on free will, moral background, gain of revenue and loss of expenditures among other things.

I'm hoping that Byron, Jason and Mac will chime in here with their take on the situation considering they're in law enforcement.

And here comes the ice......shit.

Relocated the battery today. I'm 5 feet short of 2/0 cable. I want to run a dedicated ground to the winch with a kill switch in case a solenoid sticks.

Also got the Barnes 4wd shock towers in today. Got to get these air shocks in next week.

Flo got new rear brakes, brake lines, starter, fresh tranny fluid and some factory tint. Dylan took my yucky fluid and put it into his fuel tank.

Posted up a couple pics in my for sale post. Meeting up with a couple people coming from Michigan this weekend if you want anything.

The storm was weak when I got to Columbus. Everything is just wet. It's 31 so I'm sure it will freeze but the salt they put on the roads last night kept the roads nice and dry
