been in colorado all week.. Up in the Sangre de Christo mountains. Taking advantage of the altitude and getting some training in.
Ran at least 2 miles a day. And today hiked up the mountain to Horn peak at like 13,500 ft. And back down.
I will need a vacation from my vacation.
But I can't wait to get to get home and show off at Tae Kwon Do , Judo , and Hapkido class.
I have a demonstration and a tournament coming up, I feel unusually ready.
hopefully my fiance and daughter have been training while I was out of town so we can have another strong showing as a family.

Cheap and .303 don't go together. Been looking and the cheapest box I could find is $33 shipped. Good Luck.

Had a friend on facebook post a link to Clinton's speach, I didn't say a thing but wanted to. This was her comment on the link, " OBAMA 2012!! Clinton basically has got him re-elected!!"
I thought him getting Bin Laden got him re elected? If that is true, why waste money on elections. I was just waiting for a bunch of women to come from under the podium last night.

I am not saying this to be insensitive but "suicide attempts" really irk me. There are sooo many easy ways to kill yourself do it if you want to, but don't "attempt it" just for attention.

popped my "welding a fuel tank full of fuel" cherry last nigt. I was honestly scared shitless to start with but I am a decent welder and did my research and I am still here and no explosions. We pumped the tank full of CO2 and I just took my time and have a helper close by with an extinguisher. Fixed the leak and we are back running again today. Now granted it was a diesel tank and not gasoline, but I was still nervous to start with b/c it is flamable too!

I am an insensitive prick as most know...if you are such a failure in your own mind and want to kill your self and then you fail at that...then that is the ultimate fail. Snuff yourself, get it over with. As we all know that the real vicitims of suicide are the family, it is in my opinion a cowardly act that leaves the victims of the death to deal with something that the dead person was too cowardly to deal with. I am sure there are exceptions and some people are more jacked in the head then others. I have lost friends and family to suicide...so before anyone jumps my ass, I am a bit versed in this area, and it is also my opinion...which is worth what you paid for it.

Not sure... 303 actually uses like a .311 bullet IIRC.
From what I understand its pretty cheap to reload them and most people with .303 rifles do it, I just dont have the space or money.

He didn't just refuse to leave. C'mon. You know better. Impeachment is the process of being tried in court. He was found innocent. Regardless of whether or not he was, he wasn't going to leave when they said he could stay...
I don't think there's anything wrong with getting stuff done to you by women. In fact, I would bet you don't think so either. If his wife let him get away with it, should you be worried if it's ongoing? Besides, it probably doesn't even work anymore.
Don't we get enough political banter everywhere else in our lives?
I will say, however, I don't often post political things because I'm not about to get into the argument of my beliefs compared to yours because on election day, there's nothing you can say that will make me change my vote.
It's all too common everywhere else to see people posting political views. I don't even bother to comment because I respect their views yet everyone thinks they have to argue with me if I post something they disagree with. Take the flipping higher road. You don't like it? Leave it be.
Its senseless to criticize someone for saying what they want and then turning around and saying what you want.
Sounds like something I wouldn't like to be around for.
