I HAD a problem, bandaided it with the thermostat, then fixed the issue and didn't change the thermostat...

It'll get changed eventually.

Dad just wired up an outlet on the outside of my house so I can plug it in to 30 amps of power in the back yard where its parked. So I can run the a/c's now.

I am honestly looking at single engine boats as well, a single 7.4 will do all I need it too. With the right pitched prop and keeping it all stock, it will be easy on fuel and still reliable. Nothing sucks more then being stuck broke down on the water....
