Had me a pretty damn good Birthday today. Had an interview at work for a different job, easy day at work and to top it off a very good burrito for dinner. :D
 
Rear brake blew out of my Nissan chore truck.... If it had full coverage I would have pulled the old "duck and roll" and let that sum***** roll off the hill I to a deep ditch for good. It nickel and dimes me all the time. Can't wait until the F350 is back from BullBuster with its new bed and slayer bumper :farmer:

Well had a GREAT flipping day today. Pulled a $300K RV around w/ the shore cord still attached to the wall and tore it up pretty good. Electric reel nearly toasted, tore the pan it rides in up and it's 4 weeks out. Total retail price on the damage roughly $1000-$1500. Not a happy camper so to try and cheer me up I went to the gun shop to get my gun coming That's when I found out my buddy reserved and gave me the price for a XDM sub compact not the XDM competition. $150 difference in price and non of his suppliers had the XDM Competiton. Double whammy. Then I get home and my pain in the butt nephew is here. Just what I needed after a crappy day.

I did go to a newer gun shop today and was looking around. They had a FNX 9mm that fit my hand well. They clerk gave me 6 rounds to try it out. I kinda liked it but not as much as I like the XD's. May go see if they have a Ruger SR9 and a SW M&P 9mm to rent tomorrow night.

Dont feel bad Chris, I pulled out our 52' Houseboat with the shorepower still attached and not only tore things up, I screwed it up so bad that the rest of the dock did not have power for hours! I also flipped a nice storage container of the neighbors into the water as well when the cord was being pulled out...and it sunk like a rock! Insurance covered most of it but there were a lot of pissed off people there when they lost power to their A/C units in 100 degree heat. I was handing out a lot of free beers for a few hours to try and cool everyone off. We had a mini party on our boat once we fired up the genset and got our A/C going :D In hndsite I am not sure why a lot of them did not fire up their generators?.?.?.... free beer I suppose.

If I had a dollar for every shore power cord we have had to put new ends on at 10:00 at night for a boater I would....well have like 20 bucks lol

Happens all the time. Oh and boaters are too cheap to actually run their generators.
