So I'm giving the Cherokee a look over and greasing before heading to Apple Valley Farms this weekend and I spy something amiss with the link which goes from the long arm to the top of the axle... like it's not connected.
I take it off the Jeep and take a good look. The weld looked great, but they might just as well have used superglue to hold it together for as much weld actually stuck to the axle end. Funny thing, it's a huge brand name part - very expensive (for me) - but it must have also been a Friday part ;)

I ground it down and welded it all together.

Then I found I need to replace the hubs and an axle stub. The fun just never ends ;)

Verizon's new cell phone plans suck for users with just one phone. I may never upgrade my phone again. If I do, I will probably switch to another carrier. Under the new plan, my bill would go up 25 dollars. I would lose unlimited data, but would get unlimited text and talk. I don't use half my talk minutes and texting, well, i maybe use 200 or my 250 I have.

Thinking about dumping Verizon and going to AT&T with an iPhone or even dropping down to a prepaid phone.
 
A die grinder, Dupli-Color Bed liner, and several hours of being bored with no work in the shop resulted in my trimming about 2inches off me front fenders and bed-lining them like I did to the front clip...

That'll be all I do before heading to Apply Valley this weekend... Rears will prob wait till after the long-arm project...

They got rid of Altell here and wanted you to switch to verizon (verizon has no unlimited web) altell did, I would not switch over until they gave me the same plan i had. And kept the price the same.

If your persistent they will do anything.

My bill better not go up! I still have unlimited data, at least until my contract is up. I may switch carriers but I get a big verizon discount through work.

Good luck man. my heaviest(that i know of) was 10 weeks ago when i started this program im on, 335lbs im currently pushing to get into that 200. club right now im at 304lbs and still have 10 of 10 motivation! if you want, check out a site called bodybuilding.com. there is TONS of informative stuff on that site. there is a forum also, that has many great sub forums, but there is also a boat load of "locker room" jock like dosches in the mics section. dont go there.

yea, i have been dealing with Verizon for the past couple days. i just upgraded my phone yesterday. you are right tho, the new plan is not really helpful to those without family plans. i have a family plan for my wife and i and it still not that big of a saver. the guy said i may save around 5 or 10 bucks. but just so you know, you can upgrade your phone without changing your plan. they can not make you drop you unlimited data. but if you did change your plan to the new one, you can never go back.

one of the cool things about the upcoming Verizon plan is it will include hot-spotting(thats when you can run your lap top or tablet off your cells interweb) that used to cost like 20bux. but its a double edge sword because your giving up you unlimited and going to a set gb, and you may go over that if you're running a cell, tablet, and laptop. so its something to think about.

my plan is to stick with what i have for a while but watch how many gigs i use. yesterday they told me on average i use around 1.5 gigs a month, so that's not really using unlimited to is full potential. the plan he told me about yesterday was for 4 gigs a month, well IMO if im using less than 2 now, then 4 is pretty much unlimited anyway right?
