<chuckle> I got almost no NAXJA tracks at work. Then again, I've got a tame SSH server on the outside world. All secure tunneling.

Speaka de Engrish! :D

If I owned a business, the internet would be seriously restricted. For network security first and to prevent laziness two.

Just because you're the only person in the office that gets all of his work done before the dinosaur blows doesn't mean others aren't taking advantage of the situation. You don't get paid to surf the net, you get paid to work. If there's not enough work to keep you busy, I don't need to pay you to be at work.

Worth repeating.

Agreed, although it sounds contradictory to my post pertaining to this. I should stat that my net usage at work is typically on breaks or lunch, but since I hardly ever take either, I randomly hit the net up at different times (which is acceptable by policy). Our system is so restricted that NAXJA is about one of the only outside sites that I can access. We used to have a real problem with a few coworkers spending 7 hours out of a 8 hour day shopping online, or just surfing the web. As with any situation there are going to be people that take advantage of it, but my personal opinion (and that is all it is) is that if some people take coffee breaks, or others take smoke breaks etc, I can use my break time to look up something online and it falls under acceptable by the agency policies. Hell, I typically leave NAXJA minimized at the bottom of my screen and pop in every so often just to take a look. The boss and IT person are OK with it, so I can sleep at night just fine. (now if it were Pandora, they get pissy about that streaming stuff! :D)

I agree with that, If I want to use my break to surf the interwebs fine but if I'm sitting down during scheduled work hours dicking off on the internet my manager would write me up in a heartbeat and I wouldn't say a word. People are gonna dick off whether its use the internet, sneak out for an extra cigarette break, and the like.

Leaving for Three Fires Off Road Park in a little while. Jeep is fixed and loaded up for some more breakage. :D No spare driverside shafts so lets hope that one stays together. Yeah right!!!!! LOL

I guess with out knowing everything about my job then it looks kinda bad on me

im only on right now because everybody else is also even the guy who told me not to be on the internet, in fact when he told me this yesterday he was searching Ebay

Only tech to show up at work this morning.... It was fun... Now I'm sitting on lunch planning my front end build... Heres the situation:

Currently running RC 3in coils. I have 1 3/4 poly spacers I plan on using. Im getting RC's Quick Disconnects, but I'm torn on what trac bar and control arms to get... Also unsure of what steering system I want...

The plan is to stay at the approx 4-5in I get...

Going to pick up a set of 4.56's for my D30 and C8.25 this weekend. Motive Gear brand install kits, gear sets for front and rear, carrier for the d30 all NIB for 450. Now I just have to figure out if the 400-650 for install is worth it or if I'm going to attempt to do it myself.

$60 worth of tools at harbor freight and a billion articles on the web and you'll be done with it. If I can do it, almost anyone can do it.

Think about it this way, you can screw up the gears the first time buy replacements and do it all over again for the money you would pay someone to do it.

This is why I did my first set way back when and never looked back.

Lil jeep is growing up...
