worked on the gooseneck this evening getting it all ready to go to SMORR next week. All decals are off it now and I have used sticker residue remover on it and it is ready for its new coat of paint. Picked up a spare rim and tire for it and will have the camper slid over onto it hopefully by early next week. I even have enough aluminum diamond tread to make a small "blingin" patio in front of the camper :D Camille even vaccumed out the XJ and helped take measurements for the camper/trailer combo. Hillbilly hauler...it's where it's at. :farmer:

Does the truck camper have a/c?

if not I bet it will after SMORR in July...

I would like to go to SMORR again but not sure if time will allow this year.

Hell yeah I got A/C for it! It is just a portable room-to-room unit, but it makes it cold fast. I even picked up a few heavy duty expension cords to power it and the fridge, and the nacho machine, and the stereo system, and the TV, and........haha, we are really gonna be roughing it!

The SMORR campground only had the RV style plugs when I was there last year, not regular 110. I dont know how many campsites you got but if someone doesn't have a camper they will need an adapter to go from the RV plug to a regular 110 plug.

thanks for the heads up on that mac, I will inform Blake as well. I will have to see what plugs and adapters I have around the shop.

You can put the adapter at the main plug and then split it and run more than one cord. Because my power box in my camper isn't big enough to power my a/c and my camper, I will run the adapter at the box, then I have a 100ft 12 gauge ext cord (read: heavy duty) that I run to the camper and split it there for the camper (another adapter) and the a/c unit.

I just had a guy pull up next to me and ask me if I knew where delta sonic was,I told him directions. "Then he said that's a car wash right" I said yea then he said "that's where you need to be" and drove away
