Been away for a few days.
Summary:'Bugs used to simple machines, but not effecient ones. I've had a few; they are high mantenance.

That is one very interesting bike!! Good find!!

Woody. Maybe you can treat this effort a tad nicer and it will stay together-LOL!!

Im a service advisor as well and according to everyone else that I talk to that is in that line of work. We are under paid compared to every other dealership in Fort Wayne. But im not complain either.

He was unhappy with our commission checks and was blowing all kinds of smoke about it. He says it should be double of what it was. I'm personally good with it as it was for the month we had. I hope he follows through because double of what it was would mean truck and trailer a lot sooner.



Oh and I'm going red in the next couple days.

So the starter has been doing some slow cranking in the past couple months. Worse when it's cold out and in that case its been doing it for two winters now.

Last night a friend and I were 25 minutes out of Point at Northland Ballroom (po-dunk place in the middle of nowhere) to check out a local bluegrass/country band. We go to leave and all I get is a solenoid click. So we bust out the the hammer and beat on the starter, at first its hesitant but it we get it going ten minutes later. I stop in a town on the way back to Point to see a bartender friend of mine and ended up leaving the stupid thing run for three hours while we were inside.

It started like a champ this morning but I still changed the starter in the parts store parking lot. Threw it on the tester and it ran but badly.

Cliff Notes: Starter shits the bed in a town where they're playing Deliverance music in the bar with thunderstorms on the way. Ficksed with a BFH, crisis averted resulted in lots of idling the rest of the night.
 
^ That's what made the whole ordeal interesting...

I mean if that were to actually happen in these parts.
