Important

I believe they can't be higher than the headlights Andrew.

F SIP servers
F asterisk machines
F VoIP in general

^^ The hell that is my job for the last 6 months to 2 years, depending on who's counting. One day I will be done with this crap and get back to actually doing real work.

Oh yea, and Solaris blows too, luckily I haven't had to go near that in many years...

Driving lights and fog lights have significantly different patterns. Not interchangable.

I didn't know you were in IT brad.

Yes, I understand the hell you're in. I will say that I rescind my comment about asterisk, because honestly that wasn't the problem, having thr wrong host for my trunk settings was, of course it all worked fine for the last 18 months with nary a hiccup, until the Sun Solaris machine that ran the SIP server at the host decided to die the other day. Leaving me to cleanup the mess for a bunch of our customers that had custom telephone systems. I love it when they provider calls me and says
"can we remote into that ATA and fix it?"

it blows their mind when you tell them that there are two ATA's on site and they ring in tandem in seperate buildings connected by a point to point wireless bridge. Or that it trunks into an Asterisk server that feeds 10 extensions.

lol slowaris

(yes, I am kidding.)

Personally I'm a FreeBSD fanatic. It even runs fairly well on large Itanium systems... I keep telling the guys here we should do more testing with it, but everyone is either working on linux, HPUX (I know, ewww), or Windows.

That sucks

my moms power went out the other day, she called in and they told her it was gonna be out for a couple days... it came on 2 hrs later

sounds like an excuse to start burning the furniture for heat

that sucks

i think i am gonna return them any way

im not much for impulse buying i always get buyers remorse and end up returning what ever it is and using the money on more important things

Hella ( or any brand) aux lights- Are there any restrictions on lights besides having no more than 4 lit at once (including headlights), and not blinding traffic with them?
Does the law care whether it's a fog, offroad, or driving light; angle, mounted height, etc?

Based on just the link that was posted the only question is if its more than 300 candlepower...

Only four on at a time. Anything considered "off-road" i know has to be covered if your driving on the roadway.

mac 'theres more indiana code that covers this' gyvr

In other news my 3 year old company car with 77k miles is possibly going to need a transmission...this service it also got, new axle shafts, new tires, new brakes, and a few other things...

That's the law but its not like its enforced. Brendan has been running around with his up high an I've seen others do it too. I would go ahead and put them on.

Quote the law book sir.

Like Pmain said if you can buy a Liberty renegade with the lights up top are they marked for off road use?

It may well be against the law, but i've never wrote a ticket and someone else beside me should read the law book every once in a while, i come here to get away from that...

mac 'if i want to work, i'll go to work :) 'gyvr

Too many neutral-drop burn outs in that thing.

wont let you do a neutral drop...too many safety things built in.

and it definately won't do burnouts...
