Important

My point was "buy american" is a joke. Everything is imported to this country.

The only difference between buying a chrysler and buying a bmw is the commission goes to a different salesman at the dealership. In the end, it's going to italy or germany anyway.

At 20% unemployment, I don't care anymore either.
I wonder how many retail jobs a nation's economy can support?
We all can't work at Target, Wal*Mart, and Taco Bell, our country needs to produce products to sell on the global market to be strong.
We are headed to be the richest third world nation ever.
I see every day what a closed Auto plant dose not just to workers and their family's, but to an entire city.

If the unions weren't so greedy american automotive would be waaaay better off. No reason for an assembly person to be making 30/hr.......

That's worth quoting.

He's probably on his union break.

Oh wait, that mean's he'd probably be online then.

Nope. Team building training today and tomorrow. Two days off work and I get paid. No complaints here. Also, free lunch............:D

QUIET! if you say his name three times he will pop up.

we are the greatest CONSUMING nation in the world..... we would be leaps and bounds farther than anyone else if not for the trade deficit, the USA hasn't exported more than it imported since the mid 70's and the deficit just seems insurmountable at this point

just picked up some hella 500's

have light tabs on my nates4x4 bumper and never put any lights on it yet went to mount thees to see how they look and the tab's are in a weird spot so the light just points up when using the hardware that came with them, so i either need to make a spacer or return them and find something else

any one know if thees are legal to run on the street any way? they say driving lights but im not sure it was kinda a spur of the moment buy

Yea they adjust but the tabs sit right behind the bar so when i mount them the light hits the bar.

Get some 1/8th flat stock, drill two holes at either end and move the lights outboard or inboard, whichever way gives you clearance.

If you really wanted, you could have someone weld the brackets you make to the tabs after you bolt them in.

Hella ( or any brand) aux lights- Are there any restrictions on lights besides having no more than 4 lit at once (including headlights), and not blinding traffic with them?
Does the law care whether it's a fog, offroad, or driving light; angle, mounted height, etc?

they are fine...until the guy in the car with flashing light pulls you over :D

whats the question?

mac 'decipherer' gyvr

pretty much what hubs said but to be more specific, i got hella 500's they say "driving lights" on the box i believe there 55w halogen bulbs, would i have any trouble running them as fog lights on the top bar of this hunk of rusty cht?
