What about pork? Speaking of that, we just slaughtered four of our five pigs at the ranch. That was interesting. That is split between a few people and the last pig goes at the end of the week to get ready for the roaster next week. Can't wait to jump the jeeps, gonna be fun!!!

pork is always an option...but I easily overlook it on a daily basis when I have to chore 4800 head of hogs :pig: I chore cattle everyday too, but I prefer a steak over a chop any day of the week :chef:

But I still love all food! :D I am an equal opportunity eater!!

And I love cheese......cheese is good...

comealong/ratchet straps to pull where needed, stock tire jack to push where needed. Worked for me, and I was an idiot and connected the control arms last... let me tell you, it's way easier if you don't have the track bar and steering bolted in first. :doh:
 
Got my camper back today...

ICE cold a/c...

Pulled the old fridge out, put a newtome baby fridge (110volt) in...but its smaller so i got some trim work todo...

getting close to getting it squared away...

mac 'camper looks really coffee stained with brand new white a/c on top' gyvr
 
Just wanted to say this site has helped me yet again. I replaced the hub bearings and axle shafts in the Dana 30 Sunday. Made a difference but there is still a slight shimmy. I will be replacing my lower control arms this week yet and possibly a rotor.

Also installing a trans cooler and front receiver hitch with a grill guard. Was curious do I take the trans cooler that goes through the radiator out of the loop? If not does it go to the radiator 1st then the cooler? Or does it go cooler 1st then the radiator?

Mac just wanted to let you know that most RV fridges are an ammonia based system. If you pull them and turn them upside down for 24-48 hours then right side up for 48 hours they usually work. The ammonia near the top generally gets crystallized and becomes separated. When you flip it the crystals dissolve.
 
Where do I get stock lower control arms that are cheap? I was going to order from Quadratec. They are $70 loaded with the bushings. I just do not have the time to get my vice bolted up to press new ones in the old arms.

That's probably the cheapest you'll find them Rob. Even morris 4x4 is at $35 a piece. And I was just thinking about calling/PM about that, its been on my mind and I'd like to work something out on that. I've just been so busy working, its some tricky hours I normally work, not like Mac, but its just inconvenient.

Clark and Jackson counties. We camped northeast of Black River Falls by Lake Arbutus, so we were near the center of the trail system.
