Gotta love the Shandy! Its a great summertime favorite!

My limit is about 2 for the Summer Shandy. It's definitely nice when it's hot out but the lemon flavor gets to be a little too much.

Then I gotta switch to Sunset Wheat.

Who am I kidding, there's Keystone Light in the kegerator and that's what gets drank 95% of the time.

I had full intentions of getting the cage done today, but instead I got kinda drunk and did not accomplish much.....maybe tomorrow will be a bit more productive :dunno:

sounds familiar, hurry up and get yours done so you can come over here and motivate me to work on mine.

And my son is covered in katchup, its nice enough outside I may just hose him off in the yard.

I thought that quadruple shooting (two dead) last week was like two blocks from your place...

Robert

Depends on the map, It's several blocks(3/4 mile). Guess it's close enough for some, concern.... My son and I went to the local gun show today. We decided to buy the same pistol for concealed carry(His First ,My Second) The Rugar model LCR .. Sweet 38 , very light and compact.

Nice choice Nick! I'm waiting on the .357 LCR then I'm buying one.

I have missle trucks and a "shoot first ask questions later" mentality....you show up uninvited or unknown on the Preston Farm you have better be a smooth talker or a hot chick that wants to meet the Cheeseman for a few "extra" minutes :D.........

Of course then you both risk getting shot... by your wife!

I noticed things were a bit slow on here today...even Flexy has limited posts! :D I have been busy as hell at the office today, so my random checking in is not turning up much....

Its been 'dead' since bout 11pm Saturday night... I checked then and nothing new was posted till later in the day yesterday I think, then its been just a few now and then... Don't ask me how I know this, I have a life... It's just kinda low-key right now...

Good choice Nick. I just picked one up yesterday myself. I went ahead and put a Kel-Tec P3AT pocket clip on it, definitely helps it stay in place in my back pocket.

If you don't mind me asking, what are they going for at gun shows?

got the new jeep home finally. headed home and it didnt even make it out of phoenix. blew a headgasket. luckily i was able to get a truck and trailor and towed it home. i later learned that at some point the head was cracked and somehow welded together. looks like ill be putting a head on it. but the tow home went super smooth. saw alot of sights, grand canyon, cadillac ranch etc. my question is, i have a good head off of an 89 4.0. will it work on the 95 4.0 block? the block in the 95 xj only has 120,000 mi

Yes and no. The head itself will work, but the exhaust ports are different so you'll need the manifold and downpipe from the 89. I've read of guys swapping HO heads to Renix motors for a little extra power but they have the same problem to deal with.

You were in AZ right? How did you just randomly run across a truck and trailer to get home?? How did the truck and trailer get back to its home?

....i stole it... no actually my moms boyfriend is loaded and didnt want to have to worry about hauling the xj off becasue they are moving to florida. so he rented a uhaul and trailer and told me to get the P.O.S out of there. lol

also.. i do have the exhaust manifold for the 89 engine. but other than that it should work right? what about sensors, fuel rail, etc?

All your sensors are going to be on the intake and throttle body. Fuel rail is in the intake too. You'll just have the coolant temp sender which is in the head.

Still, for what a 91+ head will cost you I'd say just do that and do it right. No reason to lose a few ponies from the 89 head, if it's in good shape try to sell it to a Renix guy around here.

I'm a busy man! Besides I can't post if none of you fools are posting! :D
