Important

I guess we do eat our own...XJosh95 barbecue sounding good Tyler? I'll make sure I use some booze to get marinated.

Josh, had a blast having you at camp. Sure was nice to drive the girls nuts with movie quotes and so much more. Hope you come up here again for a pipeline trip. Mud wresling was everywhere over the weekend. Rev, it would of been a playground for ya.;) :D

You really shouldn't encourage Rev or Josh anymore than they already have been... The Pipeline is already crazy enough without the two of them there together causing trouble.

I'm looking for some good quality floor mats for the truck. The kiddos keep walking across the "hump" in the back seat and it's showing. I want some that are not carpeted, will stay in place and can be removed easily to clean. Front and rear. We had a set of "Catch All's" in Wyfies GMC Jimmy and I really liked those, but they were carpeted. I don't want carpet covered floor mats for the truck.

Any reccomendations?

I buy the heavy-duty rubber ones from like walmart that are fronts and then the rectangle ones for the back... Cheap, washable, and seem to last...

Rear is similar to this :

Front is different than this, but these could work too... If they're thick...

Anyone have an idea what would be creating a clunking on coast or light throttle in the rear of the WJ at 15-20 mph. Seems like its driveshaft speed, too quick for wheel speed I think. Though the t-case and pinion bearings seem tight, no movement up or down, didn't check in/out. As well as the u-joints seem good with no play. Though my favorite "Jeep" fix is to turn up the radio, I'd like to know what this one is...

Hale: I don't know of any specific fit over the hump mats, I think there are some general fit ones that have one side longer than the other to cover the hump.

Edit: I seem to remember yours is a extended cab?

I want the one in the rear to go from door to door, one piece.
Anyone use WeatherTech floor liners?

Yes, see above ^^. Good quality stuff

Mine is a crew cab. I do like the WeatherTech liners........they're just pricey!

Bought just the "all-weather" ones for an '05 impala, they were not direct fit. For direct fit you'd be looking at the "digital fit" though the may have a "all-weather" that is pretty close.

I've been using WeatherTech liners in da Heep, the Dodge and my g/f's Civic for the last 10 years. The only complaint I have is that they're just a little soft, and they do tend to get holes worn in them rather easily. Otherwise, I like them.

I got the dodge tinted to match the rear. it looks decent. tomorrow begins the search of finding the right leveling kit buy for it. im thinking a 2.5" kit will do the job, but my stock tires will look tiny

I bought Husky Liners for mine. Two separate pieces up front (exposed hump) and two in the back, but they overlap in the middle and cover the entire rear floor area. I went with the heavy duty ones since they have the deep pleats in them. I didn't really like the standard ones that seemed really thin but just had tall sides on them, I figured I'd catch a foot on it every time I hopped out of the truck.

I looked at the WeatherTech ones as well, they look almost identical to the heavy duty Husky Liner ones, I was up in the air for a couple days and ended up buying whatever I could find cheapest. Ended up getting them from Amazon Prime (free 2-day shipping). :D

Husky Liner and WeatherTech seem to lead the industry, between the Husky HDs and the WeatherTech ones you can't really go wrong.

I ordered tint for my truck and Wyfies van yesterday. Pre-cut, 20%, 1mil thick off of eBay. Just the front windows, rears are factory tinted. A co-worker ordered tint from this guy with good results so, we'll see how it goes.

Which guy?

Mike, I have Husky liners in the XJ and have had many sets in our farm trucks...they are good. Actually had one set last through multiple trucks when we were running more Fords around the place.

I think his username was "ilovemotors" or maybe "ilovemymotors". Something along those lines. I can't get to it from here at work or I'd look for you.

EDIT: Found it in my email: "ilovemymotor"

I don't like how the Huskys have the lip that sticks up by the sill plate. I think I'd hit it all the time.
