yes, that is what dump trucks that haul trailers are set up with, as well as many pieces of farm equipment

The pintle isn't really an issue except in stop and go traffic and while backing, but once you get used to it, it's fine.

True... I wrapped the pintle on my M416 with electrical tape to soften the noise a bit. Redneck, but it worked.
